OBS supports RMS in EU-DE

The Object Storage Service (OBS) supports now the Resource Management Service (RMS) in the region EU-DE. This allows you to keep an overview about the deployed buckets within the DE Region. So you can quickly get an overview about all buckets and quickly jump into the configuration of those.
