We would like to inform you that the Common I/O Disk type will reach the end of its life on 01.01.2026. Existing Common I/O disks must have been migrated by this date, as EVS Common IO will be switched off. To simplify the migration, we are currently working at full speed on a “Disk-Type Change” functionality. This functionality makes it possible to migrate the disk type. This function is expected to be available at the beginning of Q2. We will inform you about the availability in a separate release note.
From 01.07.2025 onwards it will no longer be possible to create new Common I/O disks, as the disks will also reach their end-of-sales on this date and will no longer be marketed.
