End of Sale for Redis 3.x

Redis 3.x versions in DCS will reach their End of Sale status on 21^st June 2024. As of this date, these versions will no longer be found in the Distributed Cache Service (DCS) when creating new instances.

Existing instances and their functionality or status will remain unchanged, but no new Redis 3.x instances may be created with this version.
