DMS 3.x beta phase completed

The previously announced beta phase for new DMS Kafka v3.x clusters has ended.

Now all regular cluster flavors 2u4g, 4u8g, 8u16g, 12u24g and 16u32g are supporting Kafka v3.4. Previously created beta flavors have been migrated to regular flavors and are charged according to standard pricing table of the Distributed Message Service (DMS). Also, the DMS Smart-Connect feature can be used now for Kafka 3.x instances.
