CCE - Worker Nodes OSs Upgrade

The worker nodes OSs of CCE are upgraded in all regions. 

Changes:

  • NTP configuration has been updated to use domain name instead of IP adress.
  • Euler OS 2.9 new patch version  h1305 (4.18.0)
  • HCE OS 2.0 new patch version  r1941 (5.10.0)
