The Open Telekom Cloud offers various certificates and reports, such as SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and BSI C5, in addition to standard ISO certificates like ISO 27001 and ISO 27017, specific data protection certificates like ISO 27018, the EU Cloud Code of Conduct, and TCDP 1.0. Furthermore, the Open Telekom Cloud fulfils requirements of persons bound by professional secrecy (Section 203 StGB) and processing of social data (Section 35 SGB). The Open Telekom Cloud provides compliance “inside”; consequently, Schrems II or the US Cloud Act complications are immediately disregarded.
