Distributed Database Middleware (DDM) is a MySQL-compatible, distributed middleware service designed for relational databases that can resolve distributed scaling issues to break through capacity and performance bottlenecks of databases, helping handle highly concurrent access to massive volumes of data.

DDS supports backup encryption
The Document Database Service now supports Backup Encryption. For all existing instances that have been created with Disk Encryption, an encrypted backup is now created for any type of manual or automatic backup task.

From now on OTC Functions can be used via the API Gateway in EU-DE.
